Serving People to Impact a City

When we can begin to trust God to build our sphere of influence, the framework of our entire city -- education, business and government -- will be changed for the glory of God.
A Great Commission, Great Commandment Church
God has placed it in the heart of our pastor, Lonny Robbins, to lead our congregation in fulfilling the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20) and the Great Commandment (Luke 10:26-28). We believe God intends for the Gospel to permeate every realm of creation. And we see the next move of God where marketplace ministers will be involved in every facet of society, not just the Church.
Now this may sound like Trinity Fellowship thinks we're all that. But nothing could be further from the truth. When people ask our pastor if he pastors an independent or a denominational church, he says neither. He tells them that he is a part of an interdependent church that is part of the church of Pampa, Texas.
God has been good to Trinity Fellowship. He's been so faithful to show up in our services. The testimonies of his grace are abundant. But that's not enough to transform our city for God. It's not enough until every church in Pampa is strengthened and empowered for ministry, and that's what we are praying and believing God for.
When the church comes together in unity, here in Pampa, Texas, we'll begin to see great things happen. Only the Gospel has the blueprint for a healthy society, so true ministers of God strategically placed in every domain of our city must lead the way to reform.
Practical Ministries
Trinity Fellowship has begun the process of reformation in practical ways. Every week, through the ministries of Harvest House, we feed and clothe people, help provide medical care and basic household goods so the poor and underprivileged in our city will know that God loves them and has a wonderful plan for their lives. It's not enough. We have a vision to do more. But we're thankful that we can do something tangible and practical to show Pampa that we care and, more importantly, so does God.
It's a vision that God has given our Senior Pastor, Lonny Robbins, and we're walking it out day by day. When we get into our new building, we'll be able to do so much more.
To God be the glory for the great things he has done!
