Back-to-School Outreach

Volunteers are needed for the Back-to-School Outreach. There are three different areas you can help in:

• Registration - Monday, August 10 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 6 pm. to 8
• Registration - Tuesday, August 11 and Wednesday, August 12 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 6 pm. to 8
• Assembly of items, Friday, August 14 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
• Distribution of Supplies/Backpacks, Monday, August 17 from 7 to 8:30 p.m.

This ministry provides school supplies and backpacks for PreK through 8th grade. Please sign up at the Sign Up Table as you exit the sanctuary in preparation for this outreach. Thank you for your help in blessing others.

Pastor's note...

Did you know that every other American adult works at least three hours a week as a volunteer for a nonprofit organization? These statistics got me to thinking. We have a great need.

This year we doubled. Our congregation is twice as big as it was before. But with all the growth, we don't have enough volunteers to keep up with demand.

Here's how we can solve things.

On any given Sunday, there are hundreds of adults at Trinity Fellowship. What if half of us gave three hours a week in volunteer ministry?

Be part of the solution.

Get involved. Start serving people to impact our city. Let's do something together. Volunteer.

General instructions

1. Pick up a volunteer ministry brochure at the Information Desk this Sunday.

2. Check the ministries that you are interested in, fill out your contact information, and return the volunteer minisry brochure form to the Information Desk.
